Working Together for the Employment of Disadvantaged People

When experience, willingness, and respect come together, space is created for real change.

The Association for Culture, Education and Communication (ACEC) organised a working lunch as part of the Spolu v práci – Employment Assistance Services Programme. The event created space for professional discussion and the exchange of experience in the field of supporting the employment of disadvantaged jobseekers on the labour market.

The meeting focused on practical experience, insights, and examples of good practice related to the employment of low-qualified and disadvantaged individuals. Discussions took place in an informal setting and addressed both challenges and opportunities in supporting labour market integration.

The Spolu v práci – Employment Assistance Services Programme is aimed at supporting low-qualified and disadvantaged jobseekers in accessing employment. The programme responds to individual barriers faced by participants and supports their integration into the labour market through tailored assistance services.

According to Magdaléna Rothová, Director of ACEC, such meetings are particularly important for connecting professionals, employers, and programme implementers who are involved in identifying practical solutions for a more inclusive labour market.

The working lunch contributed to strengthening cooperation among stakeholders involved in the programme and to the exchange of experience that can be used in the further development of employment assistance services.
