On 27.7.2013 medical assistants presented themselves under the direction of coordinator Mária Nazarej at the neighborhood Luník IX in Košice. Assistants have informed inhabitants about project Healthy communities, they have talked about their job and mission, they were interested in health condition of inhabitants and they have measured blood pressure. They have provided basic medical advice and when it was needed, they have encouraged inhabitants to go visit a doctor.
Inhabitants of Luník IX had an enjoyable Saturday forenoon accompanied by guitar, they have expanded their horizons in basic medical care and the children enjoyed the sweet reward.
