Can an employer intentionally support a specific group of people without violating the principle of equal treatment? When does such support constitute a legitimate effort to level the playing field, and when does it become discrimination?<\/p>\n

Temporary special measures are among the instruments explicitly provided for by Slovak legislation. Despite this, they remain relatively underused in practice and often raise questions and concerns among employers.<\/p>\n

During the webinar, participants will learn:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 what temporary special measures are \u2013 and what they are not,<\/p>\n

\u2022 the legal framework governing their use and the circumstances in which they may be applied,<\/p>\n
